(“MBF”) portfolio, announces the acquisition of MetHealth PA, a multi-physician primary care practice in Haltom City, Texas. With this acquisition, Palm now operates six primary care clinics in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and 44 total locations throughout Texas and Florida.
Located at 4045 E Belknap Street, the Haltom City practice is led by Dr. Mai V Hoang and Dr. Tuan H. Nguyen, two highly respected family medicine physicians who have served the area for more than 20 years. Both doctors are fluent in English, Spanish and Vietnamese, allowing them to cultivate personal, meaningful relationships with each of their patients in this culturally diverse community. This personalized and local approach to medicine matches Palm’s desired model for delivery of primary care services.
