Dr. Ninoshka Vélez Pérez is a skilled healthcare professional with a diverse background in medicine and healthcare administration. She earned her PhD in Medicine from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic, and later pursued a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Walden University. In addition to her clinical experience, Dr. Vélez Pérez has a strong foundation in research and community work, developed during her undergraduate studies in General Science at Universidad Central de Bayamón.
