Dr. Maria Vegas is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been treating patients in South Florida since 2009. Dr. Vegas received her medical degree from the Central University of Venezuela in 1993, where she also completed her internal medicine residency training in 1998. Dr. Vegas went on to complete her family practice residency training at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, in 2008. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Vegas joined Palm Medical Centers in 2021.
