Dr. Michael Aronovich is a highly experienced Internal Medicine physician with more than three decades of expertise in patient care across both national and international settings. He earned his Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science degrees from Azerbaijan Medical School in Baku, Azerbaijan, in 1985. Following his medical education, he completed a clinical internship at General Hospital in Baku and a fellowship in Hyperbaric Therapy at the Military Academy in Leningrad, USSR. He later advanced his training by completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University/Sinai Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, from 1994 to 1997.

Throughout his career, Dr. Aronovich has served in various medical roles, including as a Staff Internist at General Hospital in Baku, Azerbaijan, and in leadership and clinical positions in Florida. He worked with MCCI Medical Group in Delray Beach, Florida, for more than two decades and provided care at Conviva Care Center, Personal Physician Care, and Primary Care of South Florida. In October 2024, he joined Palm Medical Centers in Delray Beach, Florida, where he continues to deliver exceptional care to his patients.

A dedicated member of the medical community, Dr. Aronovich is affiliated with the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association. He is licensed in Florida and is fluent in English and Russian, enabling him to serve a diverse patient population with compassion and expertise.
