Wondering whether your Medicare Advantage plan is accepted at Palm Medical Centers? Here’s our current list, organized alphabetically by carrier, plus a few simple ways to double-check before your visit.
Why It’s Worth Confirming Your Plan Each Year
Which plans a provider is in-network with can change from year to year. That’s exactly why this list exists, and why it ties closely to the Annual Enrollment Period each fall. We keep this page up to date, but a quick call before your visit is always the safest course of action.
Palm Medical Centers serves patients across South Florida and Central Florida, with locations in Miami, Hialeah, Little Havana, Miami Lakes, Hollywood, and Plantation (South Florida), as well as in Tampa (Central Florida). Plan acceptance can vary slightly by location, so it’s worth confirming for your specific center.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Palm Medical Centers accept my Medicare Advantage plan?
We’re in-network with many major Medicare Advantage plans across our Florida locations. See the list above, and confirm your specific plan by phone before your visit.
What if my plan isn’t on this list?
Plan networks can change, and this list may not reflect a very recent update. Call your nearest location to confirm rather than assuming the answer is no.
Can I switch to a doctor at Palm during the Annual Enrollment Period?
Yes. If your current Medicare Advantage plan already includes Palm Medical Centers in its network, you can typically switch your primary care provider to Palm at any time by contacting your plan or updating your PCP selection; no need to wait for AEP. If your current plan doesn’t include Palm in-network, the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15–December 7) is the annual window to enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan that does. See our Medicare Enrollment Timeline for the full calendar of Medicare enrollment windows.
Do accepted plans change every year?
They can. Insurer contracts and plan networks are reviewed and can shift, which is part of why we recommend confirming your plan each year, especially around AEP.
This page lists plans Palm Medical Centers is in-network with as of the date above. It is not a guarantee of coverage for every visit or service. Always confirm your specific plan’s network status before your appointment.
